Jorge Arancibia Pascal is a Chilean attorney admitted to the Bar in 1995 and graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (LL.B.). He specializes in private client matters and legal counsel to business families and family offices, advising on corporate structuring, governance, tax, and complex reorganizations. He has led major privatizations, cross-border transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and public tender offers in regulated industries including water, energy, and infrastructure. He serves as board member and trustee of charitable foundations and private structures, and is Professor of Tax Law and Family Business Law at leading Chilean universities.
