Daniel Dziouba

Daniel is a partner at Pérez Bustamante & Ponce, widely regarded as one of Ecuador’s leading law firms. His practice focuses on advising business families on corporate governance and succession planning, including the design and implementation of governance frameworks, shareholder agreements, special bylaws, holding structures, trusts, and family protocols.
He also has extensive experience in complex M&A transactions, regularly advising domestic and international clients on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and cross-border deals across multiple industries. Daniel has acted as lead counsel on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of transactions.
Daniel obtained his LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2015.
