Oscar Morean is a Venezuelan attorney with extensive expertise in corporate and tax law, complemented by sharp business acumen. With more than two decades of professional experience, he has advised on multi-million-dollar corporate transactions and designed sophisticated legal and tax strategies for a diverse range of national and multinational clients across key industries, including major energy and oil & gas (multinational investments and projects), telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, large food and beverage, construction and engineering, professional services, financial institutions, commercial real estate, as well as restructuring and venture capital.

As a former partner at renowned local and international law firms, and with extensive independent practice in the Venezuelan market, Oscar brings deep expertise in company formation and restructuring, foreign investment structures, and complex cross-border transactions.
He holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, a specialization in Tax Law from Universidad Central de Venezuela, and a Master’s in International Taxation from the University of Florida. Additionally, he has completed an executive negotiation program at Harvard Business School, and the M&A and Corporate Development Strategies program from Wharton Executive Education.
