Ana is an accomplished Chief Compliance Officer and seasoned Legal Advisor with extensive experience in regulatory governance, compliance, and corporate law across multinational organizations.

Over her career she has navigated complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring adherence to laws and policies, and provided strategic legal counsel.

She has led different compliance programs, liaising with regulatory authorities, and implementing effective governance frameworks. Ana has been recognized for expertise in risk management, regulatory audits, and policy development to drive organizational integrity and legal compliance.

For the past fourteen years, Ana worked at Itaú International in Miami, initially as Head of Legal and subsequently as Chief Compliance Officer.  Prior to that, she worked at Clifford Chance in New York as a foreign associate at the Corporate Finance department.
