The IPCC Next Generation Academy is a focused four-part international program combining live instruction, practical case studies, graduation at IPCC Miami Global, and optional international internships. Designed for young professionals seeking advanced expertise in cross-border wealth planning, taxation, family business governance, and international private client practice.

Our Four-Part Program
1. Live Instruction
September–October 2026 | Mandatory
Participants attend live academic modules covering four key jurisdictions:
- Onboarding Session: August 20
- US Module: September 5 & 12
- Mexico Module: September 19 & 26
- Spain Module: October 3 & 10
- UK Module: October 17 & 24
Each module is led by experienced practitioners and explores the legal, tax, and strategic considerations affecting international families and cross-border wealth planning.
2. Case Study Submissions
Late November / Early December 2026 | Mandatory
Participants work in multinational teams to analyze real international private client and family business scenarios.
Through collaborative case studies, participants develop practical solutions, present their recommendations, and receive feedback from experienced professionals.
3. Graduation
April 23, 2027 | IPCC Miami Global Conference | Mandatory
Participants who successfully complete the program graduate during the IPCC Miami Global Conference, joining the international network of IPCC Next Generation alumni and celebrating their achievement alongside leading professionals from around the world.
4. International Internships
Optional
Outstanding participants may be selected to complete one-week internships with leading firms within the IPCC Global Network.
These immersive experiences provide first-hand exposure to international private client practice while working alongside experienced professionals on real cross-border matters.
- Madrid Internship: May 31 – June 4, 2027
- Miami Internship: June 7 – 11, 2027

Admissions
The IPCC Next Generation Academy is open to participants aged 20 and above who are pursuing or building careers in law, taxation, wealth management, private banking, family offices, and cross-border advisory. Class size is intentionally limited to foster meaningful discussion, collaboration, and direct interaction with faculty.
