Fernando Retzler Martins has more than 20 years of experience in the tax and wealth planning areas, focusing on consulting, tax planning and compliance, M&A (due diligence and structuring of acquisitions), cross border taxation, and tax advice for individuals, families and companies. He was a partner with KPMG and Grant Thornton, worked for two years in Germany as head of KPMG’s Brazilian Desk and worked for large law firms, being a partner and leader in the tax and wealth planning areas. Fernando is a TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner), a Lawyer graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP), a certified accountant and has a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV/SP.
